Elizabeth earned her M.A. with a major in nursing from New York University. She received her B.S. from Wagner College on Staten Island. For more than 40 years, she has been involved in the medical field in the direct delivery of services as an RN and in a number of management and advisory positions. She has been employed with the John F. Kennedy Medical Center as Assistant Director of Personnel, Garden State Medical Group as a Nurse Educator, MasterCare Companies, Inc. as Manager of Human Resources, Our House, Inc. as Wellness Coordinator, and with Clark Nursing and Rehabilitation Center as an External Case Manager, where she evaluated patients for sub-acute rehabilitation and long-term care. Most recently, she serves as PRIDE Programs RN for ECLC of NJ, which provides education, careers & lifelong community for children and adults with special needs. With a family member who has special needs, Elizabeth is keenly aware of the challenges families sometimes face when endeavoring to plan for the future of their loved one with a disability. Elizabeth resides in Westfield, NJ with her husband and daughter.
