Adam earned dual degrees in both Economics and Political Science from Pennsylvania State University at State College, graduating with high honors. He received his Law Degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, NJ where he served as the Student Director of the Rutgers University, School of Law Street Law Pro Bono Program, providing free legal rights education to youth in Camden. In addition, he worked as a Student Attorney in the Rutgers-Immigrant Justice Clinic and was a Managing Editor on the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy.
Since that time, Adam has been practicing law as an Associate Member of both the New Jersey and Pennsylvania State Bars at Hinkle, Prior & Fischer, P.C.
in Lawrenceville, NJ. He is well-versed in all areas of disability law, counseling clients on a wide range of issues including special education, adult services and preparation of estate plans. Adam frequently lectures on a variety of disability-related legal topics throughout the region. He is a member of the Elder and Disability Law Section of the New Jersey Bar Association.
