Fee Schedule
PLAN/NJ is a non-profit social service agency, partially funded by the State of NJ Department of Human Services. Monitoring services for children, and education and consultation with families and individuals are provided at no cost to discuss your immediate and future planning and support needs.
Our staff will be happy to meet with you and your family to discuss the plans you have already made, and the life care planning, guardianship, monitoring and advocacy needs you may have.
DIRECT SERVICES
Please contact the PLAN/NJ Office for information on our fees for Life Care Planning, Guardianship, Advocacy, Monitoring and Representative Payee services. Financial assistance via scholarship may apply.
* Currently 6% of income and 0.5% of the first $400,000 of principal plus .3% of principal beyond $400,000) or $1,600 per year.
