Family Sponsorship Application
PLAN/NJ’s Family Sponsorship program is designed for families or individuals, such as parents or siblings, who want to stay informed about future planning and in contact with PLAN/NJ. Benefits of sponsorship include a subscription to PLAN/NJ’s newsletter, access to PLAN/NJ’s referral and resource center through our toll-free telephone number (800-704-PLAN) and invitations to PLAN/NJ’s special events, family functions and speaking engagements. Most importantly, sponsorship helps secure the future of PLAN/NJ for the benefit of all of its clients.
